Love in Blue

I really liked the blue in the Retro stack and decided to make this card when I found this perfect love quote. You can't tell from the picture but the background for the sentiment is in blue and the wording in brown. I use accent essentials for the scalloped border and the mat under the sentiment. Thanks for looking :-)

With a cherry on top :-)

Still playing with my Sweet Stack. When I saw this cute cherry paper I thought about Valentine's Day and made this card. The "I love you" was cut using Wild Card. The flower is from Heidi Grace and the ribbon from Making Memories. Inside reads "With a cherry on top" which was computer-generated and matted on a scrap from DCWV, I punched the hearts with my heart corner cutter from Fiskars. Thanks for looking :-)

Well, poor thing had to buy an alternate gift and just told me the story....Have no fear! to the rescue! Ordered the cart on Thursday (late evening) and here I am today with it in my hands! Christmas Gifts

Since I'm up I will post the handmade Christmas gifts I made this year for my family. Got great inspiration from the Cricut MB and found out about the Wall Pops there which made the tile projects so easy to do!

First Valentine's Day Card

Ok so it is 2 AM and I am still up playing with the Sweet Stack lol I made this very simple card using the Love from Beyond Birthdays and the scalloped edge from Accent Essentials. I did the corners using the Seagull punch from Fiskars. I embossed the Love with the Script cuttlebug folder and the little silver heart is from Joanns. Thanks for looking :-)

The Sweet Stack

Just got the Sweet paper stack from DCWV and boy is it sweet :-) All of the pages are super cute and with my addiction with the cupcake cards it is perfect for me lol Sweet, sweet, sweet :-) I got both the 12x12 and the mat stacks which means I'm playing with them tonight and won't go to sleep anytime soon.

Christmas Wishes

Merry Christmas everyone :-) It was fun making all my Christmas cards this year and it was all possible with the help of my Cricut (she has been named "Crystelle") and inspirations from my partner-in-crime Gi and others especially on the Cricut MB!
I hope that everyone was good this year and were placed high on Santa's list.

Simple Christmas Card

These little penguins were sooooo cute I ahd to make a card using them lol The card is embossed with the Snowflake Cuttlebug folder with some bling from the crystal skittles :-)

More wild card :-)

I told you I was enjoying this cartridge :-) Here is another card I made using the wild card for the shape of the card and the matching envie and Christmas Cheer for the candy canes. The branch punch is from Martha Stewart. I made this card for my friend who just got married. I used my cuttlebug embossing folder for the front of the card.

Wild Card-Christmas House Card

The Wild Card Cartridge is really cool, I can't wait to play with it more during the holiday break :-) Here is a "Christmas house" card I made using several of the features on the cart. The wreath is from Joy of the Seasons.

Lola Christmas :-)

I totally fell in love with Lola a character from Pink Petticoat ( a great site with downloadable stamps that you get right away and print from home!) I got the address from one of my favorite blogs from a super talented lady named Enfys, thanks again Enfys!

This card is for my friend who is expecting twins (a boy and a girl awwww) for Christmas. I used my Mini Monogram Cartridge for the scalloped circle.

My Tinkerbell Card

Here is my first Tinkerbell card she is so much fun! I made this one for my friend Rachel who loves Tink. I used lots of stickles and embossed her wings which were cut using a vellum paper.

How could I forget!!! I also bought the Cricut Design Studio and have been playing with it a little but am still lost :-( This afternoon I plan on trying a few cuts to see. I'll keep you posted :-)

Wild Card

Yay!!!! I received my Wild Card Cartridge yesterday and I am soooooooooooooooooo excited to play with it. I must say that I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service provided by this was my first time ordering from the site not only was shipping free (priority mail at that for order just over $25) but the items I ordered were shipped the same day!!!! I am definitely ordering more from them. Not to mention the fact that they have the newest cartridges (Wild Card, Storybook, Graphically Speaking, Hello Kitty, etc...) for way cheaper than anyone else. So go check them out :-) I got the address of the Cricut Board at CafeMom, thanks ladies :-)

After dreaming about getting my very own Cricut machine (since the first one appeared on the market) I was finally able to get it and the wait was worth it because I purchased the Expression last month as a gift to myself :-) Shout out to my Cricut partner who not only took several trips to Michaels with me to admire the Cricut lol bought cartridges with me even before we knew we would be ordering the machine (it was a great deal!), took classes with me at JoAnn's on Cricut tips and tricks......and mot importantly placed an order with me for our very own machines! I love you Gi! Here's to wonderful paper crafting moments ahead!

A space for my scrapping adventures :-)

I know....I know....yet another blog! This one is dedicated to all my paper crafting projects especially with my cricut. YAY!!
